Return and Refund Policy

All orders are shipped with registered delivery with AUSPOST.

All orders require a signature for proof of delivery or on collection at your local post office.   A tracking email is sent by us or automatically or by AUSPOST ePARCEL once lodged if it is a parcel.

We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of receipt.
This only applies to stock items that can be resold.
Non-stock items such as custom printed flags are not eligible for change of mind returns.
The returned goods must be in the same condition as when they were sent with the original packaging in place.
The buyer will pay for the return shipping.

If an order is returned to the seller as uncollected from the buyers LPO the buyer will have to pay for the returned order to be re-shipped.

If your order has a defect or the wrong item has been sent we the seller will request a picture of the item or the packaging. Once the returned item has been received by the seller the item will be replaced with no charge or a full refund will be offered.
